Being part of the rebel food community's taste du jour and more nimble than a restaurant, we offer green market produce, sustainable meats, and the highest quality ingredients obtainable. This is better than going to an established restaurant. Our eight course dinners come with the enjoyment of meeting people in a culinary collective where the common interest is delicious food.
This is a private event with members who "chip in" to pay for ingredients, and bring their own libations.

Contributions ranging from $0 - $65 per person (Depending on meal.) will be accepted.
Contributions are to offset the cost of the fine ingredients and entertainment.
